Nessa segunda-feira chuvosa, nada melhor que um post sobre relaxamento...
Como a gente precisa relaxar e como temos tao pouco tempo pra isso, neh?
Nesses tempos de fast tudo, movidos a cafeina, bombardeados de informacao quase que 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana fica dificil um relax, neh?
Eu mesma descobri na yoga uma maravilhosa forma de relaxar e tambem de cuidar do corpo. A gente aprende a respirar melhor e com isso desenvolvemos uma melhor consciencia corporal. Ao contrario do que muitos pensam, yoga nao eh contorcionismo nao. O simples fato de voce se desligar do mundo e ficar uns minutos em silencio total, apenas com o foco na sua mente e no seu corpo vale por qualquer meditacao! Falando nisso, preciso retornar a yoga o mais rapido possivel. Ando parada, bem parada confesso eu. O bom de ter um blog eh justamente falar das coisas que voce gosta e notar que deveria fazer mais, como voltar a praticar yoga...
Buenas, mas de volta ao assunto... nem todo mundo gosta da mesmas coisas mas relaxar eh necessario, viu?
Como voce relaxa? Yoga, meditacao, massagem?
Ou assistindo tv, uma novelinha basica?
Ou entao numa boa aula de box como uma amigona minha?
Cada um tem sua maneira e sabe o que faz bem. Nao importa o meio e sim o fim, o relax!
Nada melhor do que nao pensar em nada depois do trabalho, chegar em casa e ter pelo menos meia horinha de puro relax... mesmo que seja colocando os pes pra cima e assistindo a novela das 8!! :-)
Entao aproveite e relaxe, sempre. Faz bem a pele e ao espirito!! Fabuloso!

Loving ankle boots!
Gente!! Eu quero essa ankle do Alexander Wang! Anotem o nome, Freja :-)
Vi no Just Jared Jr (mais teenager impossivel!!)a Miley Cyrus com uma e ela tambem foi usada antes em um evento pela Victoria Justice (teen celeb da Nickelodeon - foto ao lado!)
As vezes fico na duvida em relacao as ankle pois sou baixinha - realmente a natureza nao me presenteou com pernas a la Ana Hickmann. Quem eh baixa como eu, mas eh mais estilo mignon pode usar SIM!
Soh precisa cuidar do resto pra nao parecer tao baixa. Eu mesma uso com meia preta e saia ou short curto, assim nao fica aquele efeito "cortado" no visual que acaba te dividindo demais.
Outra maneira que eu curto eh com legging preta.
Use e abuse se voce eh alta e tem pernas longas e finas!
Com perna grossa e curta nao fica legal, eu nao tentaria.
O look da Miley tah simples e cool, valorizou a bota.
Durante a semana vou colocar umas fotos com uns visuais legais da minha ankle que tadinha... foi achada numa lojinha baratesima na China e nem marca tem!! Comprei ha uns 2 anos e agora quero customizar com umas tachas pra ficar um pouco diferente...
Olha a coitadinha na foto... merece um makeover no visual!! Ela eh totalmente flat, um salto cairia bem. Gosto dela pq eh super comfortavel e eu posso dobrar o cano estilo "Peter Pan" ou deixar sem dobrar fazendo ela um pouquinho mais alta...
Vamos ver como ela se comporta com as tachas e tals! Aguardem!!!
Never there
Com o estou reativando tambem alguns escritos que nao haviam sido divulgados, vai esse aih do ano passado. Faz parte do meu "diario na India", lugar onde aprendi muito mas tambem sofri pra caramba. VIda nada facil lah minha gente... ausencia de tudo, constantemente... mais details em outros posts.
Vou mostar nao soh o lado sucks da India, vou SIM mostrar o lado bom tambem... para ferias - of course!

Never there
I haven't been much inspired to write these last weeks. Things were a bit messy and hectic.
Anyhow, I have this song stuck in my head since last week and better do something about it!
Never there... how many times we are not "there" or the ones we want to be there is not there? It's either a friend, a parent, a lover - it doesn't matter who. All it matters is that sometimes we are not there for somebody and other times it is quite the opposite. Someone is not there for us when we need. Or not only when we need, but maybe this someone is never there all the time.
Some people are too busy being "there" in their own lifes that they forget sharing. Their load is much more important than anything else and they might hear you, but theyr are nit listening to you. You talk and it feels you are talking to the walls. They don't see you either because all they are able to see is their own refelction in the mirror, just like Narciso. Sad thing is they don't even notice they're only seeing themselves.
And... in their own little world they think they are right, just because the world should spin only around themselves... isn't that obvious? You... mere mortals didn't know it??? Well - I feel so sorry for them. They appear to be strong and in control but they are not. They think they are smart and better than anyone and they are not. And we... mere mortals, if we try to tell them they are not always right... we will get in trouble. They have the stupid ability to make you feel not right. Just don't be fooled - you might be right and they are not.
One day they will wake up from their own dellusional life and when it happens it is better for you not to be near, you might end up laughing out loud so hard!! You will not be able to control yourself and poor Narcisos will be sadder. You are a good person, try no too laugh too much ;-)
Now... if you are one of those who is never there - there's always time to change. Sometimes being not there is not your intention, so you are forgiven.
But watch yourself and the way you act towards others. Think about it. Feel it.
Sometimes all we need is to lend a hand, sometimes all we need is to borrow one...
